Terms of Use

These terms (the “Terms of Use”) govern the use of the University Exam Prep sections of www.prep101.com (the “Site”) that is owned and operated by Prep101 Inc.

Intellectual property

The content published and made available on the Site is the intellectual property of Prep101 unless clearly derived from another source. This includes, but is not limited to text, images, videos, logos, icons, books, concept explanations, questions, solutions, documents, animations, downloadable files, and anything else that contributes to the composition of the Site (collectively, the “Content”). The Content is owned by Prep101 and protected by intellectual property rights laws.

Licence to use

Prep101 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, download, store, or transmit any of the Content, except as expressly permitted by Prep101.

As a user of the Site and Content, you agree not to:

If you are using the Site or Content in a manner that violates these Terms of Use, we reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access. We also reserve the right to take any legal action necessary.

Duration of use

Your access to the Content for a prep session is limited to one-person use for the duration of the academic semester in which the prep session is purchased. The Site is wiped clean at the end of each academic semester (in mid-January for the fall semester and in mid-May for the winter semester) to make room for the Content published in the next semester.
